The outer curb was replaced, the subsoil beneath the rink was inspected for potential frost and heat mats were deployed, new subfloor heating system was installed, the existing copper in the floor was recovered and repurposed into the new floor, additional copper circuits were added, new header system was installed, and fresh sand was brought in and leveled off for a fresh sheet of ice to be installed.
